System Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
· Responsible for one group or shift of the systems operation team
· Determines workload and plans for appropriate staffing levels
· Provides reporting of the overall status of the systems operation group
· Works with requesters of service to determine task requirements and feedback/report requirements and translates the task into operational actions for the team
· Determines and sets team schedule
· Ensures quality assurance of all system operations tasks
Essential Characteristics:
· A strong, dynamic character, capable of dealing effectively with colleagues and business users working in a constantly evolving environment
· Experience with management of (technical) 24*7 customer service team
· The ability to work as part of a regional team across multiple countries, cultures and time-zones
· The ability to remain calm under pressure and when faced with adversity or urgent issues
· A strong customer-focus with a “service first” mentality and best-in-class communication skills
· The ability to view current procedures and processes as opportunities for enhancement, tuning and improvement where practical
· An adept ability for mathematical and numerical representation, and the ability to present information in a format that allows critical decisions to be made in an informed manner
