full time IT Quality & Process Design Officer

Responsibilities:
. Support a programme to implement a ITIL based 7 step continuous service improvement process across our on-shore and offshore IT infrastructure support teams
. Report on the effectiveness of the teams to deliver on a series of key SLA measurements and targets
. Work with the onshore and offshore teams to development quality policies and processes across all of the IT functions
. Provide regular audit information regarding the compliance levels of IT against key ITIL tasks
. Help design and conduct effective induction & training plans across the teams to ensure the ongoing development and visibility and adherence to our core processes is maintained

Requirement:
. Highly motivated, hands-on service measurement or quality officer working for a multi-national corporation.
. Experienced in designing, writing and auditing quality processes and procedures for IT infrastructure and support teams.
. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal are a must for this position
. Must have held a quality assurance, process design or service measurement role for at least 2-4 years, specialising in process design and service measurement in the areas of IT infrastructure and support services
. At least 4 year(s) of experience in an IT environment is required for this position
. ITIL certification would be preferable
. Experience of working with or for a global organisation is a must
. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
