Responsibilities:

- Documenting the testing processes and procedures
- Execute tests and interpret the result
- Helps prepare the collective test automation skill set with the team
- Reviewa business requirements, design documentation, and defect submissions for the completeness and testability
- Demonstrate flexibility in manageing testing efforts as project priorities warrant

- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or Software Engineering M.S.preferred
- Software Development Lifecycle experience ( Agile/SCRUM preferred, Waterfall, MS SDD)
- SQL and SQL server; VB, JAVA and HTML, MS Internet explorer, and .Net platform
- Ability to design and create Automatic and Load Test scripts (HP Quick Test Professional emphasis a plus)
- Proficient knowledge of testing web applications with emphasis on MS Internet Explorer, Java and . Net platform
- Test Case Management experience (creation, execution, and managing test cases with or without business requirements / design docs)
- Defect Management experience ( submitting and managing defets to completion)
- Ability to shape risk based testing approches / plans
- Ability to write and analyze test reports across a broad audience
- Strong Team Leadership
