  • Responsible for technology security administration for access to global IT systems and applications;
  • Taking action on requests from ITG and the business units for network and systems access;
  • Administering these requests through the central security administration tool, Control SA, as well as native tools where applicable;
  • Ensuring adherence to the ‘User Access Management’ Policy;
  • Carrying out reporting on non-compliance to the Policy;
  • Administer processes around implementation of generic accounts;
  • Ensuring Adherence to the ‘Chinese Walls’ Policy;
  • Reporting for System Access Reviews as per documented policy;
  • Advising and educating the business users on security standards and policies;
  • Reviewing and striving for improvement of the Security Administration processes;
  • Identifying and managing Security exposures in the business and ensuring either compliance or dispensation;
  • Participating in ongoing security reviews and audits and taking action associated items.
  • Develop a working knowledge of:

o The custom functionality of PeopleSoft applications and overall HR systems architecture

o Incident, support and change control processes

o User and Super User networks

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with HR Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts, and the IT Group Functional Analysts and Developers
  • HRMS and Payroll Configuration including:

o Security profiles

o Update of table data

  • Incident management and resolution
  • Support of key business processes
  • Build and run PeopleSoft Queries and reports
  • User support and education – responding to ‘How Do I’ questions and transferring knowledge where needed.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • PeopleSoft HRMS System Administration experience is essential.
