Job Description

• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Serve as a resource for the human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.

Requirements
• Preferably 2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Exposure and knowledgeable on Software Development Life Cycle Process is a must.
• At least 1 year experience in preparing documents SDLC (ex. BRS, SRS, etc.)
• Strong Background on Business Process documentation
• Ability to analyze and design business processes
• Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
• Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
• Knowledgeable of Process of Re-engineering/ProcessChange, Object-oriented Model and General Accounting Process is an advantage
• Good Communication Skills
• Keen to details
