IT SPECIALIST / TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

She/he will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the primary role of the Technical Specialist is to supervise a team of service helpdesk engineers and field engineers.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably with at least Bachelor's/Computer Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
Functions / Responsibilities:
· Submitting daily, weekly and/or monthly report of New, Open and Pending trouble tickets regarding software, hardware and network support.
· Supervising and monitoring service desk engineer’s and field engineer’s performance and coach as necessary
· Managing team concerns and escalates to Service Delivery Manager (SDM) or client’s Outsourcing Manager (as needed) by following the escalation process defined for each process / workflow operations.
· Managing the team’s Daily Service Level as provided by client’s business requirements
· Performs functions of service helpdesk engineers and field engineers.
