Troubleshooting of Network
End-user assistance
Windows software installation
Set-up of Desktop and Laptop

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Management Information Systems or any related field
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Proficient in computer and internet applications
Work experience as a Team Lead for Technical support, particularly in troubleshooting
