Part of a team responsible for all documentation for IT Application System Recovery plans (ASRP)
Work with developers, managers, application owners, business systems analysts – globally, to document the ASRP for 100+ applications.
The persons in this role will require exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
Staff will also provide backup support to various IT functions within the MBPS organization.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Candidate must have a minimum 3-5 years of technical writing or Business Analyst position doing extensive technical documentation.
Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrated passion for writing
Must have systems analysis, design, development and testing experience
Must be a fast learner
Must have experience documenting application system recovery plans, business requirements, technical requirements, user guides, knowledge base articles – a real asset
Must have proven problem solving abilities
Must have strong analytical skills
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have ability to interface with and facilitate interactions with other IT areas and with Business areas
Must have ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
Must be willing to work in UP Technohub Quezon City
