Primary Responsibilities:

- Information and Technology Department. Management Committee representative
- Manages a total of 80 IT staff working on a 24 x 7 operations
- Responsible for 99.9% availability of WAN and LAN Infrastructure of the center
- Responsible for implementation of IT Directions, CAPEX development and strategies
- Point-Person and Technical Project Manager for all technology related meetings and correspondence to all CS clientele
- Lead and direct the planning, developing and tracking of IT action plans and budgets in support of corporate objectives
- Lead the IT function and resources in assisting the business and end-users develop and/or determine user requirements to enable Client-Based strategy and business operations
- Manage the relationships with the company and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration, timely and successful delivery of services that will satisfy business requirements
- Presents to Steering Committee on status, issues and other revenue affecting matters that would cause delay to the projects
- Suggest other IT trends and clientele that would lead to the company continuous revenue generating strategy.
