Job responsibilities include:
· Control-M batch scheduling and processing
· running of manual reporting scripts
· ad-hoc reporting and report distribution.
educated to degree level in Computer Science, Engineering or related course
· demonstrable previous technical experience of Microsoft Windows
· a track record of successfully managing your own time and delivering on time
· customer-focused with a “service first” mentality and best-in-class communication skills
· attentive to the detail and quality of any task at hand
· ability to work across cultures with a geographically dispersed user community
· proactive and eagerness to resolve issues
· ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
· capable of operating on a 12-hour rotational shift covering 24x7 service hours.
Experience in the following would be considered advantageous:
· previous experience in a similar role
· UNIX operating system administration
· Control-M job scheduling and tracking system
· ITIL practices
· Remedy ticket logging system
· knowledge of Equity Markets systems.
